We have had two get-togethers over the summer at Thatcham Garden Centre. It was the first time in 18 months that we have seen each other in real life. It was lovely to catch up and also to welcome new members, like Siev and Steph, in real life for the first time!
Billy, Mayor of Newbury and Speakability member, attended with his chain. Gary, one of our volunteers, is now Deputy Mayor. He has a much smaller chain!
We are looking forward to our normal face-to-face meetings from September.
