A very successful Sip for Stroke was held in November. Residents and Stroke Association staff joined members for an afternoon of tea, cake, music and chat. Our thanks to Charlotte for providing two delicious homemade cakes. With a generous response by all, £100 was raised for Club funds.
Cllr. Jimi, together with his wife, made a return visit to the Club to speak about Black History, October being black history month. As Jimi spoke it became clear that he was speaking about his own upbringing.
