Gentle exercise with Harriet from Huuman

We are delighted that Harriett from Huuman has agreed to continue her sessions of gentle exercise with us.

Who is Harriet? She is an Occupational Therapist who owns and runs the company 'Huuman'. They offer Occupational Therapy to help us manage with everyday life. They consider all areas of daily living including self-care, leisure and productivity. Their job is to make life as fulfilling as possible for us and our families, no matter the circumstance. Maybe you'd like a face-to-face appointment or a virtual assessment - come along to the meeting and meet Harriet and see what therapy services are accessible to you.

After our exercise session, we will return to our normal room, where we can enjoy a coffee and natter.
